        "This magnesium is highly absorbable and has no bad taste or smell. As you can see in the picture, this magnesium is an average size capsule and easy to swallow with no issues. Magnesium citrate is 11.23% magnesium by weight for a total of 174.5672mg of magnesium, which is fine being more absorbable. Very helpful for falling asleep among other things. Great buy!"
