HOW?

Take 2 capsules daily.

Take with water 20–30 minutes before meals, preferable in the morning or midday, or as advised by your healthcare provider.

WHEN? 

Use for 3 months at a time, followed by a 1–2 week break before resuming.

Keep the product sealed and in a dry place at room temperature up to 77 °F, and out of direct sunlight.

Capsules
Our capsules are made of plant-based cellulose (HPMC). Vegetarian capsules are free of preservatives, allergens and starches and are NonGMO, Kosher and Halal certified, providing health-conscious consumers with a natural alternative to animal-derived capsules. Capsule size 0, length 0.8inch. 

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars, and stored in non-toxic containers. We use amber glass jars to protect against light and oxidation, made of 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made of 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
Remove product label by soaking the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Glue residue can be removed with dish soap.

Q:Can I take Lipid Flow with my current medications?
A: If you are taking cholesterol-lowering, blood pressure, or other prescription medications, it’s best to consult your healthcare provider before using this product. Some ingredients, such as berberine or caffeine, may interact with certain medications.

Q: Does Lipid Flow contain caffeine, and will it affect my sleep?
A: No, this product does not contain caffeine and will likely not affect your sleep. Though it does contain L-Theanine, which supports calm focus, and can affect every body slightly differently.

Q: Is it safe for long-term use?
A: Yes, with cycling. Use for 2–3 months at a time, followed by a 1–2 week break before resuming. Berberine and bergamot are traditionally used in these short-term cycles, honoring natural rhythms and allowing for space in the body between periods of use.
