Suggested Use
ParaHerb™ may be used as a 40-day Power Cleanse protocol or as occasional lifestyle support, or as advised by your healthcare provider.

Take with a full glass of water 10 minutes before meals. 

Begin with 1–2 capsules daily and gradually increase as tolerated.

40-day Power Cleanse:
Phase I (10 days): Take 2 capsules twice daily, then take a 5-day break.
Phase II (10 days): Take 2 capsules twice daily, then take a 5-day break.
Phase III (10 days): Take 2 capsules twice daily.

Lifestyle Support:
Take 1–2 capsules daily for 14 days.

When to Use
40-Day Power Cleanse Protocol:
Best used during a period of routine stability, when you can keep meals lighter and more intentional. 

Many people choose to use this protocol seasonally (for example, once per year) as part of their wellness practices.

Lifestyle Support:
A shorter option that may be used during or after travel, or seasonally (for example, up to twice per year) as part of your wellness practices.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult your physician or pharmacist before use. May contain tree nuts (walnut).

Storage
Keep the product tightly sealed in a dry place at room temperature (up to 77°F) and away from direct sunlight.

In-house production in Europe, bottling and encapsulation in the EU according to HACCP, ISO 22000:2018 standards.

Capsules
We use capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose-based material derived from plant cell walls. These capsules are of plant origin, contain no preservatives, GMOs, or allergens, and are suitable for plant-based lifestyles. Our capsules are 21.3 mm in length and 7.35 mm in width.

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars and cardboard boxes. Amber glass helps protect contents from light exposure and oxidation, and the jars are made with 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made with 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
To remove the product label, soak the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with dish soap.

If you choose not to reuse the jar, please recycle it according to your local recycling guidelines. Separate the lid from the jar and recycle each part as directed in your area.

ParaHerb™ is intended for adults. If you are considering it for someone under 18, consult a healthcare provider before use.

Can I give this product to pets (cats or dogs)?
ParaHerb™ is formulated for human use and is not intended for animals. For pet-specific guidance, consult a veterinarian.

Can I open the capsule and mix it with food or drinks?
Yes. You may open the capsule and mix the contents with a small amount of food or liquid. The blend is naturally bitter, so it may be easier to mix into something flavorful (such as a smoothie or juice). 

What if I feel uncomfortable when starting the cleanse?
Start with a lower amount and increase gradually as tolerated. Stay well hydrated and keep meals lighter and simple during your routine. Eat plenty of fiber and support natural bowel movements. If symptoms are severe or persist, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.

Should I take fiber while using ParaHerb™?
Fiber can be a helpful addition during a cleanse routine. A fiber-rich diet supports regular elimination and helps move material through the digestive tract. In particular, soluble fiber (such as psyllium) absorbs water and forms a gel-like substance, which can help add bulk and support comfortable, regular bowel movements.

Timing tip: Take fiber 1–2 hours apart from your ParaHerb™ dose (and from any medications). Because fiber can absorb and bind compounds in the gut, spacing it out helps reduce the chance that it affects the absorption of other supplements or medicines. Stay well hydrated while increasing fiber. If you have questions about fiber intake or take prescription medications, consult your healthcare provider.
