It’s quick, free, and designed to support the ease of your wellness journey.

Registered and logged-in members earn points on every purchase, which can then be applied on future purchases. Put simply:

  • Every $1 spent earns you points (5-10, depending on your membership tier)
  • Every 100 points = $1 off your next order
  • The more you spend in a year, the higher your membership tier, and the more you’re rewarded for supporting your well-being
  • No fees or expirations.

Your loyalty points can be viewed on your account page. Available points will automatically apply to your shopping cart before purchase. If you want, you can remove the savings and instead allow them to accumulate for future purchases.

That said, creating an Ecosh account is free and offers a few gentle benefits: you’ll earn Ecosh Rewards points, be able to track your orders, manage subscriptions, and enjoy a smoother checkout next time.

Currently, orders placed through our US website can be shipped only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping from this store at this time.

Ordering Products

Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage subscriptions, access loyalty benefits and other educational and discount perks.

Buying from Ecosh.com should be very easy!

  1. Select the products you'd like to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the 'ADD TO CART' button.
  2. Once you've selected all your goodies, open the shopping cart by clicking on the green shopping bag icon on the top right of your screen.
  3. To place your order, look through your selected items in the shopping cart and specify quantities if necessary. If you wish to change the quantity, please enter the quantity in the small box or use the - or + button. If you want to remove an item, click on the cross on the left. If you would like to order any products as a subscription, please select that option.
  4. To complete the purchase, click on the 'MAKE PAYMENT' button.
  5. Fill in the mandatory fields, select shipment preferences and enter your payment method.
  6. Accept the terms and conditions of the website and click on 'SUBMIT ORDER'.

NOTE: After payment, do not forget to click on 'Back to merchant' to confirm the order.

A confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided after payment. Last step is to enjoy your supplement recipes and wellness journey!

If you have not received your order confirmation within 5 minutes of paying for your order, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, please contact connect@ecosh.com and we'll help confirm your order and correct contact details.

We begin processing orders quite quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email connect@ecosh.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes, together we can find the best solution.

Payment options

We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers, ensuring your personal and payment information is fully protected.

To pay by debit and credit card, please enter only your card details. The card details are verified by Stripe (https://www.stripe.com)

You can enter coupons and codes in your shopping cart under the product list or at checkout under the "Do you have a coupon?" box. The discount will be applied as soon as you have entered a valid promotional code and pressed the "Apply Coupon" button.

Discount offers are often gifted in newsletters, loyalty member messaging, from referring a friend, and through our network of trusted partners with affiliate codes.

Your payment details are encrypted and handled according to the highest security standards. We never store your full card information.

Delivery options

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and delivery details are shown at checkout based on your location, so you can choose what works best for you with ease.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. You’ll always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises.

Within the United States, shipping typically ranges between $6–$11, depending on the state and order weight. We work to keep shipping fees fair and reflective of actual delivery costs, while ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.

We fufill orders within 24 hours. Delivery across the United States typically takes 4–7 business days from the time your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, Mother Nature, and seasonal demand.

We will email with updates on your order status along the way.

Refund and Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds, as returned products cannot be resold. This decision reflects our commitment to safety and quality, as well as the sustainable realities of operating as a small business in the United States.

That being said, please email connect@ecosh.com with any concerns, and we'll find the best solution together.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something went wrong during shipping, please email us as soon as possible at connect@ecosh.com

Including your order number and photos of the issue helps us resolve things faster.

In these cases, we usually offer a free replacement as the first solution. If a replacement isn’t possible or reasonable, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Our goal is always to make things right when the issue is on our side or caused by the carrier.

For safety, compliance and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened supplements. This includes supplement bottles that were opened but not fully consumed.

Subscriptions orders are processed automatically based on the delivery schedule you select at checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is paused or canceled. Once a subscription renewal has been processed or shipped, it is non-refundable.


You can pause or cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next billing date through your account. You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before each scheduled renewal.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Excessive or abusive refund requests may result in account restrictions.

Loyalty Program

Ecosh Rewards is completely free to join. Simply create an account or log in, and you’ll be automatically enrolled. There are no fees, or no commitments, just rewards for taking care of yourself.

You earn loyalty points on every eligible purchase. Points are added to your account once your order is completed. Subscription orders earn points the same way as one-time purchases.

The more you order within a 12-month period, the more points you earn per dollar through our 3-tier system.

Every 100 points equal $1 off your order. You can redeem your points at checkout on both one-time purchases and subscription orders. Or, you can choose to accumulate your points.

You’re free to use your points whenever it feels right, as a small thank-you now or saved up for a bigger I-love-you later.

Your loyalty points do not expire as long as your Ecosh account remains active. You can view your points balance, rewards history, and current tier anytime by logging into your account.

Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. If your spending level changes, your tier may adjust accordingly, no action is needed on your part.

Subscription orders earn loyalty points just like regular purchases. If you pause or cancel a subscription, your earned points remain in your account.

Subscription

Shipping is paid by the customer for each subscription delivery.

A flat shipping fee of $7 applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours of processing. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Ecosh subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery schedule you select at checkout.


By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is paused or canceled.


You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before each scheduled renewal.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time, including after your first order, through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the renewal date to avoid the upcoming charge. Cancellations apply to future renewals only. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email connect@ecosh.com as soon as possible. We will review each case carefully and find the best solution together. When appropriate, we'll send a replacement. Refunds for subscription orders that have already been fulfilled are not guaranteed.

You can easily swap products, adjust delivery frequency, update your address, or change payment details through your account dashboard. Life changes, and your subscription can change with you.

Subscription discounts cannot usually be combined with other offers. During seasonal promotions, additional discounts may apply to the first order only. After that, your subscription continues with the standard 20% savings.
