Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules daily with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

When to Take
Daily Use: For best results, take consistently for at least 1 month.

Seasonal Use: May be especially useful during summer or periods of travel. Consider starting 2–3 weeks in advance.

Long-Term Use: May be used year-round. Take for 2–3 months at a time, followed by a 1–2 month break before resuming.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult your physician before using this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for smokers due to beta-carotene content.

Storage
Keep the product tightly sealed in a dry place at room temperature (up to 77°F) and away from direct sunlight.

Capsules
We use capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose-based material derived from plant cell walls. These capsules are of plant origin, contain no preservatives, GMOs, or allergens, and are suitable for plant-based lifestyles. Our capsules are 21.3 mm in length and 7.35 mm in width.

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars, and stored in non-toxic containers. We use amber glass jars to protect against light and oxidation, made of 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made of 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
To remove the product label, soak the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with dish soap.

If you choose not to reuse the jar, please recycle it according to your local recycling guidelines. Separate the lid from the jar and recycle each part as directed in your area.

Why shouldn’t smokers use Golden Skin?
Golden Skin contains beta-carotene. High-dose beta-carotene supplementation has been associated with increased lung cancer risk in people who smoke, so this product is not recommended for smokers. 

Will this product make my skin tan?
No. Golden Skin does not tan or darken the skin, and it is not a substitute for sunscreen. It’s formulated to help maintain skin hydration and provide antioxidant nutrients that help protect cells from oxidative stress for healthy-looking skin.* Continue to use broad-spectrum SPF as part of your daily routine.
