Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules daily with water, 30 minutes before or after a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, take with food.

Avoid taking other dietary supplements or medications within 1 hour after use.

Not recommended for children under 12.
For ages 13+, take 1 capsule daily.

When to Use
Use daily for 4–8 weeks, followed by a short 1–2 week break or rotation to another probiotic strain. Alternatively, use periodically as needed.

Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Because moringa may be stimulating, avoid taking in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Capsules
We use capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose-based material derived from plant cell walls. These capsules are of plant origin, contain no preservatives, GMOs, or allergens, and are suitable for plant-based lifestyles. Our capsules are 21.3 mm in length and 7.35 mm in width.

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars, and stored in non-toxic containers. We use amber glass jars to protect against light and oxidation, made of 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made of 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
To remove the product label, soak the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with dish soap.

If you choose not to reuse the jar, please recycle it according to your local recycling guidelines. Separate the lid from the jar and recycle each part as directed in your area.

Who is Bacillus Subtilis+ best for?
Bacillus Subtilis+ is for adults and teens (13+) who are looking to support their gut and digestion.* Specifically, if they are looking for a high-quality spore-forming probiotic that is balanced with herbal, prebiotic support. Adults typically take 2 capsules daily; ages 13–17 take 1 capsule daily. Not recommended for children under 12. If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before use.

What is Bacillus Subtilis+?
Bacillus Subtilis+ is a spore-forming probiotic. Spores are naturally more stable than many non-spore probiotic strains, which helps them remain viable through handling and storage. In Bacillus Subtilis+, it’s paired with moringa leaf and dandelion root to create a simple, accessible daily ritual for digestive and microbiome health.*

What’s the difference between regular probiotics and Bacillus Subtilis+? Can I use this as my probiotic?
Many probiotics are non-spore strains, while Bacillus Subtilis+ is spore-forming and typically more stable. Bacillus Subtilis+ can be used as a daily probiotic. Does this product need to be refrigerated?
Refrigeration is not required due to its spore-forming probiotic nature. Ensure the cap is always sealed tightly and that the bottle is  stored away from direct sunlight. Follow the storage instructions on the label.

How long before I notice results?
This varies by person. Some people notice changes in digestive comfort within a few days to a few weeks, depending on diet, routine, and individual response.
