HOW? 

Take 3 capsules daily.

Take with water before meals, or as advised by your healthcare provider.

WHEN?

Use periodically, as needed. 

Seasonal use: Ideal for use during fall and winter months.

Long-term use: May be used regularly; Simply use for up to 3 months, then take a break before resuming.

This product is not recommended for individuals at risk of kidney stones or with bleeding disorders. Avoid use during antibiotic treatment. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage

Keep the product sealed and in a dry place at room temperature up to 77 °F, and out of direct sunlight. 

Production
In-house production in Europe, bottling and encapsulation in the EU according to HACCP, GMP / ISO 22000:2018 standards.

Capsules
Our capsules are made of plant-based cellulose (HPMC). Vegetarian capsules are free of preservatives, allergens and starches and are NonGMO, Kosher and Halal certified, providing health-conscious consumers with a natural alternative to animal-derived capsules. Capsule size 0, length 0.8inch. 

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars, and stored in non-toxic containers. We use amber glass jars to protect against light and oxidation, made of 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made of 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
Remove product label by soaking the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Glue residue can be removed with dish soap.

Q: Where do the Chaga and Black Garlic come from? And then where are they processed? 
A: Both the Chaga and Black Garlic in this formula are organically grown and sourced from Estonia, where the clean northern environment supports their natural quality and integrity.

Every step (processing, bottling and packaging) takes place at our ISO-certified facility in Tallinn.

Q: Has this Chaga been heated? I’ve heard preparation methods can affect quality.
A: Our Chaga is gently dried at low temperatures (no higher than 25°C) to help preserve its natural properties. This method allows the mushroom to be heated while maintaining its natural nutritional profile.

Q: What is black garlic?
A: Black garlic is white garlic that has been naturally aged under controlled heat and humidity, transforming its cloves into a rich, dark color and giving them a smooth, slightly sweet taste. This slow aging process enhances its natural antioxidant properties and preserves valuable compounds such as amino acids.
