Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules daily with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have a medical condition or are taking medication. Do not use if you have a history of kidney stones or a bleeding disorder. Storage
Keep the product tightly sealed in a dry place at room temperature (up to 77°F) and away from direct sunlight.

Capsules
We use capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose-based material derived from plant cell walls. These capsules are of plant origin, contain no preservatives, GMOs, or allergens, and are suitable for plant-based lifestyles. Our capsules are 21.3 mm in length and 7.35 mm in width.

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars, and stored in non-toxic containers. We use amber glass jars to protect against light and oxidation, made of 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made of 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
To remove the product label, soak the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with dish soap.

If you choose not to reuse the jar, please recycle it according to your local recycling guidelines. Separate the lid from the jar and recycle each part as directed in your area.

Where do the Chaga and Black Garlic come from, and where are they processed?
Both ingredients are sourced from Estonia. Our chaga is wild-harvested in Estonian forests, and our black garlic is made from locally grown garlic that is fermented and dried in Estonia. Processing, bottling, and packaging are done in our ISO-certified facility in Tallinn.

Is your Chaga harvested from birch trees? I’ve heard they’re the best for Chaga.
Yes. Our chaga is wild-harvested from birch trees in Estonian forests, where it grows naturally.

Has this Chaga been heated? I’ve heard preparation methods can affect quality.
Our chaga is gently dried at low temperatures (no higher than 25°C) to help preserve its natural characteristics.

What is black garlic?
Black garlic is white garlic that has been slowly aged under controlled heat and humidity. This process turns the cloves dark, mellows the taste, and results in a unique profile of naturally occurring compounds. Research suggests black garlic can have higher antioxidant activity than fresh garlic, depending on the aging conditions.
