Recommended Use

HOW? 

Take 1–2 capsules at a time, twice daily.

Take with water before meals, or as advised by your healthcare provider.

WHEN? 

Use consistently for 2–3 months, followed by a 1–2 month break before resuming.

Tip: Start with 1-2 capsules per day, gradually increasing the dosage.

Keep out of reach of children. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, consult your physician before using this product. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage

Keep the product sealed and in a dry place at room temperature up to 77 °F, and out of direct sunlight.

In-house production in Europe, bottling and encapsulation in the EU according to HACCP, GMP / ISO 22000:2018 standards.

Capsules
Our capsules are made of plant-based cellulose (HPMC). Vegetarian capsules are free of preservatives, allergens and starches and are NonGMO, Kosher and Halal certified, providing health-conscious consumers with a natural alternative to animal-derived capsules. Capsule size 0, length 0.8inch. 

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars, and stored in non-toxic containers. We use amber glass jars to protect against light and oxidation, made of 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made of 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
Remove product label by soaking the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Glue residue can be removed with dish soap.

Q: Is Hair, Skin & Nails safe for long-term use?
A: Yes, with cycles. Use in cycles of 2 - 3 months at a time, followed by a 1–2 week break before resuming. Cycling in breaks honors natural rhythms and allows for space in the body between periods of use.
