Suggested Use
Take 2 - 3 capsules twice daily, for a total of 5 capsules per day. Take with a meal containing healthy fats, or as advised by your healthcare provider.

Capsules
We use capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose-based material derived from plant cell walls. These capsules are of plant origin, contain no preservatives, GMOs, or allergens, and are suitable for plant-based lifestyles. Our capsules are 21.3 mm in length and 7.35 mm in width.

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars and cardboard boxes. Amber glass helps protect contents from light exposure and oxidation, and the jars are made with 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made with 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
To remove the product label, soak the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with dish soap.

If you choose not to reuse the jar, please recycle it according to your local recycling guidelines. Separate the lid from the jar and recycle each part as directed in your area.

Why is a 1 month break suggested after 3–6 months of use?
After 3–6 months of use, it’s recommended to take a 1-month break as part of a balanced approach to long-term dietary supplement use. This pause allows you to reassess your wellness ritual and goals. The course may then be repeated if desired.

Some individuals may also choose to continue use at a lower daily amount (for example, 2–3 capsules per day). If used continuously, a longer break is recommended after about one year of use to pause and reassess.

Does Cardio Flow contain caffeine?
Yes. Cardio Flow contains a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from green coffee bean and green tea extracts (33 mg per serving). This is typically much less than a cup of coffee. Green coffee and green tea also contain plant compounds (like chlorogenic acids and catechins) that are commonly associated with antioxidant activity. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, take it earlier in the day.

Can I take Cardio Flow with my prescribed medication?
Many people use supplements alongside prescription medications, but potential interactions are always individual. Cardio Flow does not replace prescription medication. If you take any prescription medications, including blood pressure medication, consult your healthcare provider before use.
