Capsules
We use capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a cellulose-based material derived from plant cell walls. These capsules are of plant origin, contain no preservatives, GMOs, or allergens, and are suitable for plant-based lifestyles. Our capsules are 21.3 mm in length and 7.35 mm in width.

Packaging
Finished products are packaged in amber glass jars and cardboard boxes. Amber glass helps protect contents from light exposure and oxidation, and the jars are made with 45% recycled materials. Our shipping boxes are made with 36% recycled materials.

To Reuse
To remove the product label, soak the jar in warm water for 5 minutes. Any remaining adhesive residue can be removed with dish soap.

If you choose not to reuse the jar, please recycle it according to your local recycling guidelines. Separate the lid from the jar and recycle each part as directed in your area.

When should I start taking this product?
It’s recommended to start taking Prenatal Vitamins as soon as you begin planning for conception.

Why are probiotics included in the formula?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can naturally influence digestion and balance of the gut microbiome. Including probiotics helps to support comfortable digestion and nutrient absorption, a balanced gut flora and immune well-being for both mother and baby during life-stage changes.*

Can I take it if I experience morning sickness or sensitive digestion?
The formula is designed to be gentle and includes probiotics to support digestive comfort.* If you experience nausea, taking the capsule with food or later in the day may be helpful. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare provider.

How long should I continue taking it after childbirth?
