Web Browser Security Settings
To order from the Ecosh e-store, your web browser must have cookies enabled!
Data traffic between the customer and the Ecosh.com web environment is protected with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer security protocol) connection, which prevents data interception by third parties.
To order ECOSH LIFE products, select the suitable products and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” box. When you have finished choosing products, open the shopping cart by clicking on the brown box located on the right that says “view cart”.
To complete the order, check the products in your cart and specify the quantities. If you wish to change the quantities, rewrite the number in the small box and click on “update cart”. If you wish to remove a product, press the red cross on the left side.
Redeeming a promotional code
If you have been given a personal discount code or a promotional code, enter it into the “coupon” box, click on the “apply coupon” button, and make sure that the products that the discount was supposed to apply on have a reduced price.
To finalise the purchase, click on the “checkout” button. Fill out the required fields on the “my order” page and confirm the order by clicking on “submit order”. After confirming the order, a confirmation e-mail regarding the products will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided. Start the payment.
Ecosh Life products have passed an inspection by the Republic of Estonia Agency of Medicines and have been registered at the Veterinary and Food Board.

After finalising the order, you can enter your credit card details to complete payment. Credit card payments are handled by Stripe (www.stripe.com).
After finalising the order, you will be directed to the secure PayPal environment for making a payment. After logging in or creating an account you can see a pre-filled payment order, which also displays the amount payable. Review the details and submit your payment with PayPal by clicking the payment (Pay now) button.
If ordering from the e-store fails for some reason, you can also submit your order using the company e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ).
Shipping and Delivery Time
*For international orders Ecosh Life uses DHL Express delivery, which entails the following shipping costs:
Zone I – Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland – fixed price of 9 EUR.
Zone II – Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Matla, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatica – fixed price of 14 EUR.
Zone III – Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US) – fixed price of 17 EUR.
Zone IV – China, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates – fixed price of 19 EUR.
Zone V – all other countries* – fixed price of 25 EUR.
*We’re sorry, but we cannot currently ship to Brazil, India, Mexico, North Korea, Russia.
Delivery time is usually about 2-4 business days, but take longer depending on country. If necessary contact us for detailed delivery times.
If the purchase price of the goods in your cart exceeds 99 EUR, then goods are delivered free of charge!
Complaints and Returns
Submission of complaints and returning of non-compliant products.
OÜ Ecosh Life is responsible for the compliance and omissions of the products that are sold in the Ecosh.com e-store. Complaints must be lodged within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If any problems emerge, please inform us using email@example.com or call us at +372538 58779.
If the product is non-compliant or has omissions, the Buyer has the right to demand that the product be replaced with a product that is compliant and without omissions. If the product batch has been sold out by that time, we will return the money. The shipping costs that are borne from replacing the products will be covered by Ecosh.
Ecosh guarantees that you will receive the products that have been ordered and paid for. If for some reason there is a delay in fulfilling the order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Confidentiality and customer rights
OÜ Ecosh Life does not distribute Buyers’ personal information to third parties, except for the information necessary for the provision of delivery services. The Buyer has the right to request that their data be deleted from the Ecosh.com database.
Personal details required to process payments are handled by either PayPal or Stripe.
